Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 pound processed cheese food (eg. Velveeta), cubed
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
