This is fantastic! After reading a lot of the reviews I made the following changes: 1. Instead of celery salt, I used celery seed and than added a little additional salt. 2. I added the same amount of panko crumbs as I did Parmesan cheese. (1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup panko crumbs) 3. I added 1/2 tsp paprika This is DELICIOUS!!!

My husband and I love this recipe. We make it all the time with extra parmesan.

I'm still learning to broil, so the fact that I couldn't get the topping to brown is my fault, I'm sure. I followed directions and broiled the first side 3 minutes. Then I turned it over and broiled it for 2 more minutes. I added the topping and continued cooking for 3 minutes. I was afraid to keep broiling the fish for fear it would be tough, dry, and overcooked. It turned out delicious, even though it didn't get crusty brown. I'll definitely try this again.

Made this just as directed. It was incredible. Easy, quick and with a wonderful flavor. First time I've ever eaten talapia without tartar sauce!
