Scott makes this deliciously! He mixes several different spices with garlic until it tastes the way he likes then cooks it. It is always delicious!

I can't find my broiler pan so I made this on the stovetop. Flavor was excellent but chicken was a tad dry, which is my fault. Thanks for the recipe.

cut butter not quite in half, and accidentally dumped in a bunch more rosemary than the recipe called for but it ended up being very tasty! With the broiler on, it started to smoke and pop a bunch so I covered the chicken in the tin foil and baked for a bit before uncovering and broiling at end. It takes a little longer this way, but you don't have to worry about the smoke.

For an easy meal, I thought this was okay, but the rest of the family wasn't quite as thrilled. Everyone seemed to agree that it was missing something. I might give it a try with some lemon juice (as one of the other reviewers suggested,) or with a white wine marinade.
