This was delicious and makes a lovely presentation. Instead of beating and folding in an egg white I used one whole egg, which I tossed the cooked broccoli in (once it had cooled a bit) before adding the broccoli to the milk mixture.

This is a crowd-pleaser and I get requests or it all the time! It's like broccoli casserole in a tomato. yum!
