Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce) packages chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup baking mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
  2. Combine broccoli, onions and cheese in prepared dish.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together baking mix, egg, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over broccoli mixture.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until lightly browned.
