Ingredients

  • 1 head Tanimura & Antle Broccoflower®, cut into 1-inch florets
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup finely diced onion
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted, divided
  • Pepper
  •  
  • Creamy Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Directions

  1. Combine Broccoflower®, cranberries, onion and half of the almonds in serving dish. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Season with pepper and sprinkle with remaining almonds. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Creamy Dressing: Combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp rice vinegar and 1 Tbsp sugar in a small bowl.
