Really good. Don't feel you have to use the exact ingredients. Used Feta Cheese, sour cream and cream cheese because that is what I had. Four boys ate the whole thing! Will make this again.

On a snowy day I was thinking of childhood memories of a very soft and sweet noodle kugel and neighbor made for me when I was small. I found this! I used French Vanilla extract, butter (not margarine), and topped it with a mix of melted butter, crushed graham crackers, sugar, and cinnamon. I also added a handful of giant raisins. Smells terrific!

I made this for for the second night of Hanukkah. My father-in-law, who is old fashioned loved it. I did jazz it up a bit. I added 2 personal containers of applesauce, 3 teaspoons of cinnamon, and a das or 2 of nutmeg. To compensate of the added liquid I cutback on the cottage cheese. To make it irressitable I stirred in a couple of handfuls of rasins. This made it more palitable to the nontaditional crowd and gave the older generation a new look at an old favorite.

If you like sweet kugel, then this is what you want! I loved the cinnamon and vanilla hints, and it was sooo creamy! Will definitely be making this again!
