My Mom has been making this recipe for years for special occassions. I now make it our Christmas Morning breakfast tradition (along w/ CLONE OF A CINNABON recipe from allrecipes.com). Thank you for sharing this recipe! I don't find it bland at all! We love it! -Sharon

I found that the evaporated milk called for in this recipe was more than would fit into a medium size bowl with the 10 eggs and more than really needed. I used 1 12 oz. can of evaporated milk.

I made this for a 2nd grade breakfast feast, and the kids loved it. I used restaurant style croutons instead of the bread. My family was mad that there were no leftovers. Will definitely make it again.

Yummy!!!I took advice from prevoius comments and I used seasoned croutons instead of bread. I served this at a party and everyone loved it. I will definitely use this recipe alot!!!
