****update**** change review from 4 stars to 5, after you make these a few times they get better. I now make a batch ever week and have them for breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches during the week. So much better for you then over processed grocery store bread. I used 2 cups bread flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour, instead of sugar I used honey, all the flavors work really well together.
