We made this just as is except baked for 5 minutes before adding the sauce and toppings. It is a great start and would only be made better by adding some spices for flavoring.

My family is very picky but they love this dough. It is now my go recipe. I'm going to try and add some garlic and fresh basil next time as suggested by someone else. Thanks

This is a lot of dough for one pizza. I love the recipe and added an extra tablespoon of italian seasoning to the dough. It rose so high I had to make garlic butter to dip the crust in. Maybe next time I'll make bread sticks to go with it from the leftover dough! YUMMM!!!

I loved this pizza dough recipe. My beer wasn't flat but it seemed to work fine. I used 2 cups all-purpose flour and 1/2 cup wheat flour. I will make again.

I was a little hesitant because it had beer...loved the end result but I think next time I will add some garlic and other spices to give it more of a kick. Dough was easy to work with. Even the hubby liked it and he is very picky about pizza

I made a bunch of "personal sized" crusts for a 10yr old birthday party. I baked them on parchment paper and let them cool. When party time came, the kids added their own toppings. It was a great hit.

I can't believe I've been using the recipe that came with my bread machine for all these years...this is going to be my new standard recipe for pizza dough. It is awesome...I kept trying to figure out why one of my kids didn't like my homemade pizza...what kid doesn't like pizza?! Well, this crust did the trick. I added garlic powder and basil to the dough, like other reviews. Great, simply great. Thanks for sharing!

You gotta make this pizza dough - I stopped making pizza at home because they all were the same taste to me - not this one. It is sticky to work with but I just put it on my pizza stone and pre baked for 5 min. - I can't rave enough about this dough. Thank you Very Much -

We tired of our other favorite pizza crust so we tried this one. My family and I LOVED it! Not too thick or too thin. Very flaky and crunchy. This one is my new favorite! I added fresh cut rosemary but followed the directions otherwise.
