Yum! Yum! Yum! These were sooooo good! I made these as an appetizer for our Valentine's dinner and I did wrap them but used regular pork bacon. I too panfried them as I'm not very good when it comes to broiling!! I also turned them over about halfway through the marinating process. My husband said they were company worthy!
i made this yesterday for a super bowl party and they were a hit!!!!! The only thing i did differently was : I did not add the bacon, and I let the scallops sit in the marinade over night, and finally instead of baking the scallops I pan seared them in olive oil. Delicious !!!
