Made this with stewed tomatoes with Italian seasoning and it turned out well too. :) We enjoyed the flavor...maybe less balsamic in the future...I think I put it more than 1/2 cup. Ooops! :)

This was good. Not our family's usual type of meal, but my 7 yr old gobbled hers right up! I served over angel hair pasta and did thicken up the sauce with a little tomato paste like another reviewer had suggested.

The chicken was so tender and juicy, even my picky children loved it! This meal was almost too easy to throw together. I will make it again!

Very good. I cut recipe in half for just two. Only thing I would do different is have some good crunchy bread to dip in the sauce too. Fixed with fresh asparagus & buttered noodles. Will be fixing this one again.

Made this recipe last night it was so refreshing and light . I only made a couple small changes . First I sliced the chicken before I cooked it because I was putting it with spaghettini . I only have garlic powder in the house so I used that . I only had 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar so used chicken broth and added extra since I wanted lots of sauce for the spaghettini . It was great definitely will be making this again . Did the mixing of tomatoes, herbs and vinegar & broth in a bowl first like suggested by another review .

I loved it! My brother was not a big fan, but his opinion is based on what he is use to. I like to try new things. This was a good choice. I did use crushed tomato sauce instead of chopped tomatoes. Next time I will cube the chicken and serve over pasta.

This dish is packed with wonderful flavor. If you don't like strong flavors then don't make this dish. Followed the recipe exactly. Used a large white onion which was perfect. Followed the advice of another reviewer and mixed the balsamic vinegar, tomatoes, and spices all together and then poured over the chicken. I also found it difficult to cook the chicken and onions together so I cooked the onions and then browned the chicken and added the onions back in the last few minutes of browning. Hubby went crazy over this dish. Has already requested we make it again. It was very moist and delicious. We dipped our crescent rolls in the sauce. Might serve over some white rice or pasta next time. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.
