The bread looked amazing and had a fluffy texture, but when I tasted it it was very dry and bland. In fact, I'm kind of ashamed that I gave a wedge away to someone! It's edible, but it has to have something on it. The recipe needs more eggs, and milk should be used instead of water. Butter subbed for the oil wouldn't hurt it either. Sorry, but "Sy's Challah" is still my go-to egg bread recipe.
