Ingredients

  • 1 (1 pound) package Bob Evans® Original Recipe Sausage Roll
  • 1 (20 ounce) package Bob Evans® Home Fries Diced Potatoes
  • 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 (12 ounce) package Bob Evans® Chili
  • 6 (9 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup picante sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Crumble and cook sausage, potatoes and green pepper in large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain off any drippings. Add chili. Stir occasionally until mixture is hot. Divide filling between tortillas. Roll up and serve topped with picante sauce and cheese. Serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers.
