My husband made this last year with leftover hot peppers, and he is still using the sauce. I poured the sauce into muffin tins and froze, and then froze the "muffin-shaped" sauce together in a bag. That way you take out what you can use at a time and it doesn't go bad. Great flavor, not just heat.
