"Not your regular meatloaf! This sweet and savory loaf is enhanced with the textures of raisins and almonds and the spiciness of curry. Pleasantly different. If using high quality curry, use 1 1/2 tablespoons; most store bought curries are not as flavorful so use more. If looking for more sweetness, try adding apricot preserves or a fruit chutney."

This was fantastic! Mild curry flavor that is balanced perfectly with the nuts and raisins. I used regular raisins since I didn't have golden raisins. Family loved it!
Excellent! THe taste was wonderful, made it when my picky daughter and pickier grandson came to visit, they both loved it. Has a savory and fruity flavor mix that can't be beat. I wasn't sure about pouring the egg on the outside, but it made an interesting touch and my 5 yr old grandson actually requested more of this part of the loaf!
This is definitely on the staple recipe list at our house!
This was quite tasty and unique. I followed the recipe and it turned out beautiful and my family loved it too! We all loved the curry. Will definitely make it again!
I made it as written except I left out the raisins. It had good flavor but it was too dry.
