Came out delicious. The only recommendation I would make is to put foil around the edge of the crust until the last 15 mins of baking to avoid over browning! Great pie!

This recipe was a great start. I have modified it each time I've made it. This last time I used a few of the suggestions from others. I turned the heat down to 400 because one time I made this the filling almost burned up the stove. I used 1 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. I squeezed half of a lemon over the blueberry mixture in the crust and used a quarter teaspoon of vanilla. Since I haven't yet picked my own blueberries I usually soak store bought blueberries overnight in sugar water. Thank you! My family and friends LOVE this pie.

My first time ever making a pie from scratch and my husband LOVED it. Thank you for sharing the recipe. I did read earlier reviews and I also adjusted with 5 tablespoons cornstarch, lemon juice and 375* oven temp. I will make this recipe when my mother in law is in town :)

I would lower the temperature on the oven as it is set WAY too high and the crust burns. I was so aggravated after having spent so much time and energy into making the crust from the scratch only pull out a charred pie.
