Directions

  1. In small bowl, stir all ingredients except blueberries until blended. Gently stir in blueberries.
  2. Pour batter by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle.
  3. Cook until bubbles break on surface. Turn; cook other sides until golden.

I'm eating these right now. I followed the recipe except I used Kroger brand baking mix, not Betty Crocker. My baking mix doesn't have any sugar in it so the only sweetness comes from the blueberries. I guess this is OK if you're topping them with powdered sugar and/or syrup. Overall taste is bland and unexciting. It also makes a LOT. It could probably feed 3-4 adults.
