This is a very unique breakfast dish. Good for any holiday breakfast or brunch, it's filled with the fresh taste of blueberries, and covered with a rich blueberry sauce to make it a one of a kind.

Each summer I pick fresh blueberries and freeze them with this family favorite in mind. It's a great way to recapture the warmth of past summer days on chilly Midwestern mornings.

'I like that this breakfast entree can be prepared ahead of time,' says Suzanne Strocsher, Bothell, Washington. 'Since you can use fresh or frozen blueberries, it's great anytime of year. It makes a warm rich start to any morning.'

This is perfect served with quiche, homemade home fries and fresh coffee! I make the bread for this recipe using my bread machine!

Make this the night before and enjoy brunch with your kids rather than catering to them! Also great for taking places because the syrup is built-in.

We have made this French Toast for Christmas brunch for twenty four years! It originally came from the East Coast. If you like your French toast firmer, then cut back on the milk.

This is a scrumptious casserole of bread, cream cheese, eggs, and milk. Tastes just like regular French toast but it's made the night before and baked in the oven. This is not really sweet so you might like more maple syrup with it.
