Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cold cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled

Directions

  1. Place the walnuts, parsley, and chives in the bowl of a food processor, and process until finely chopped. Place herb mixture into a small bowl, and stir in blue cheese. Set aside.
  2. Place the cream cheese in the bowl of a food processor, and process until smooth. Add the herb mixture to the cream cheese, and process until thoroughly blended. Serve at room temperature.
