With a nod to the famous 'bull shot' cocktail, this tasty bloody mary mix adds beef consomme for savory flavor. Drink it as is over ice or add vodka. Adjust the spices to your taste -- this version is spicy!

This is my Wisconsin version of a classic Bloody Mary drink. On special occasions, garnish with skewered bite-size pieces of Wisconsin Cheddar, Monterey Jack, pepperoni, salami, green olives or cocktail shrimp on top. Best when consumed before noon.

An olive-garlic butter and a Bloody Mary sauce bathe this seasoned, grilled sirloin. This dish comes together in the time it takes to toss a salad, pour the wine and ring the dinner bell. Roughly torn pieces of rustic country style bread heated on the grill make a nice accompaniment.

I created this out of what I had on hand and when I finally got the ingredients for the traditional bloody Mary, I liked this one better.
