WARNING DO NOT COOK IN THE HOUSE...I PUT THE SALMON FILLET ON THE PAN AND FROM THERE IT ALL WENT DOWNHILL...MY FIRE ALARM WENT OFF THREE SEPERATE TIMES I HAD TO OPEN ALL OF THE WINDOWS AND DOORS AND WAS GAGGING FROM THE SMOKE...JUST COOK OUTSIDE :)

Only change due to health issues in my house was to reduce the cayenne to about 1 teaspoon, and one teaspoon of salt. I also added a pinch of garlic powder/Seafood Magic. Really delicious recipe...best fish I've made so far, it was a big hit! Thank you for the post :)

These were pretty darn good. Next time I'm going to put them over a spinach salad with tomatoes, eggs, cheese and raspberry dressing. I felt like some sauce was needed...

I've been trying to find something good to do with frozen salmon to make it taste better. There are so many things to do with fresh salmon, and if it is fresh, it turns out great with little work. This recipe was fantastic with frozen salmon (much cheaper) and I plan on using it again and again.

This is so amazing. I'm not a big salmon eater, but i am eating this twice a week. I did cut the cayenne pepper in half, I LOVE very spicy food, but that was a bit much. Also didn't half white pepper. I also Put this in my oven on broil for 3 or 4 minutes(until blackened) then moved it to the lower rack on 350 for another 4 minutes. It was wonderful
