This pie is great! I made it pretty much by the recipe, with just a few changes. I mixed everything in my saucepan (adding an extra tbsp of cocoa) and cooked it on the stove until it starting boiling. (about 5-8 min) Poured it in the crust and baked it for exactly 40 min. I also tented my crust edges with foil so it wouldnt brown too much. It came out perfect. It still had a little wobble to it, but it firmed up as it sat. I used a tried and true meringue recipe (3 egg whites, 1/4 tsp cream of tarter, and 6 tbsp sugar) it took about 15 min to brown. It truely is a different consistency than a typical chocolate pie and it is really sweet, but we all thought it was great. (Even my mom who isnt a chocolate pie lover :)
