Delicious, I will make this dip for every party. It's quick and easy and very tasty..I used pumpernickle bread it was really good. I also cut up carrots and celery to add on the side of the platter.

A favorite of ours, as well! Instead of the leek soup, I use a package of dry vegetable soup mix as a variation.

I used veggie soup mix instead of leek soup, but it's still a great dip and everyone loves it at parties.

I must admit I hate spiniach but this stuff is great!! Be sure to drain the spiniach real good or your dip will be very green but still tasty!

This recipe has become a huge hit with my family. Even the kids, who rarely eat spinach loves it. The water chestnuts really make this recipe great. Though great with any bread, it is especially good with pumpernickel.
