My mother-in-law loves this! She was craving something light and fruity for dessert today, so I made this! I did pineapple sherbet and switched blueberries for black berries and raspberries. I also gave everyone a choice of either regular white grape juice or sparkling white grape juice. It was fabulous!

No lemon/pineapple sherbet but I did have homemade lime honeydew sherbet, which is also from this site. I used sparkling white grape juice. Lovely, cooling and pretty dessert. Kids especially raved about it.
