The combination of berries, sugar, balsamic and pepper is amazing! i was just looking for a quick light dessert so I skipped the phyllo bowl and just made the fruit salad. l used frozen triple berry blend and it worked wonderfully. This is a must try.

I altered this a bit. Instead of blackberries, I used black raspberries. In place of the Phyllo Nests, I served the berry mixture over torn pieces of angel food cake. Mmmm.

This recipe was so easy and fun to make! and it tasted Great! Everyone loved it. The only thing is that you can't save it, you have to eat it fresh.
