Beef 'N' Bean Burritos

"Serve your family this great dish with plenty of napkins: Ground beef, onion and a zesty sauce gets tucked into tortilla wrappers with sour cream, salsa and shredded cheese."

Original Recipe Yield 8 servings

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Fiesta Chili Beef Soup
1/4 cup water
8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
shredded Cheddar cheese
Pace® Chunky Salsa
sour cream (optional)

Directions

Cook beef and onion in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
Add soup and water. Heat through.
Spoon meat mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with cheese, salsa and sour cream. Fold tortilla around filling. Makes 8 burritos.
