Directions

  1. In a large skillet, spray with non-stick spray and saute the beef until browned.
  2. Add the garlic, green onion, broccoli and soy sauce; saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add the rice and water (according to package directions), bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Not recommended....not a lot of flavor. I've gotten alot of great recipes of this site...this is NOT one of them. We took a few bites.

i love to make stir fry... in cases where there isnt a whole lot of flavor BE creative grab some oil and stir fry fresh ginger maybe add some water chestnuts ,bok choy also put a CHICKEN BOUILLION cube in the rice water ...the recipe is there but the talent YOU bring to the table

My family LOVED this dish!! No, it doesn't have a LOT of flavor, but I think that is what my children liked about it. It was mild enough tasting for everyone in my family to enjoy.

I was looking for an easy beef and broccoli stir fry, with not too many extra fancy ingredients. That's why I saved this one. But I have to say it lacked soooo much flavor!!! I added a teaspoon of Knorr vegetable bouillon, more soy sauce and a bit pepper. It came out good but only after seasoning it. Since my husband doesn't eat broccoli I set some beef aside and used orange and green bell pepper instead. It was just as good, again with my additional seasoning. Will definitely do it again but not according to the original recipe posted here.

My finace and I were looking for something simple and different. We loved it because it was healthy and easy! I took the rest for lunch the next day!!!!
