Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil, divided
  • 2 medium onions, thinly sliced

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, paprika, salt and cayenne. Add beef and shake to coat. In a Dutch oven over medium heat, brown beef in 2 tablespoons oil.
