Ingredients

  • 1 medium acorn squash
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon golden brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Becel® Buttery Taste margarine

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Cut squash in half using a large sharp knife, and scoop out seeds. In a small bowl combine cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and Becel® Buttery Taste margarine. Rub spice and margarine mixture over cut side of squash.
  2. Place on a baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until squash is very tender.
