EXCELLENT! Very easy to prepare, looks like it took a lot of effort, taste is amazing! Very light, refreshing dessert. Will make again and again. Everyone loved it!

Followed the recipe exactly and they came out perfectly. No need for an electric mixer. I made 9 instead of 12 so I had to bake them 35-40 minutes. These were easy and quick to make and also a huge hit!

This was fun and tasty. I didn't expect the puffs to expand the way they did, but I attribute that to possible over mixing and not being an experienced baker yet. A neat idea that can be changed around to suit whatever fruit or ice cream you happen to have on hand!

Oh my goodness, this recipe has been the best dessert I've tasted since I don't know how long ago. Best thing about it... it's also very easy to make with a few child helpers in the kitchen! This is really one of those recipes that I'm never going to forget! Really, I would say that these treats are one of the few recipes that I've made that are best without any modifacations. The only thing I would like to remind other people of is that the recipe really must be served immediately, or it will become something you woun't even want to try. If anyone is having trouble with this recipe, that is probably the reason! Take my word for it... this dessert won't let you down!
