This was a great recipe. I've made banana bread in the past, several recipes all pretty tasty. This was the first time I used sour cream in making banana bread, and I was pleasantly surprised how well it turned out. I did very slightly tweak the recipe after reading reviews especially SaraLady19's.
-- 1. I used 1tsp cinnamon & 1tsp all spice --- 2. I turned this into muffins (made 3.5 - 4dz regular sized muffins). --- 3. I did bake at 325 for 20-25 for muffins. --- 4. I used the electric beater, and loved having a lighter cake fluffy muffin which Sara Lady did mention would happen. --- 5. I mixed in pb chips, and chocolate chips into some of the muffins after I made 2dz regular ones.---6. I made the crumble topping SaraLady19 mentioned (it was very good!)
-- Side Note: make sure you use a really large bowl, I had to transfer before adding in the flour to a very large bowl I use when making bread. --
