Oh my goodness. This was fantastic!! I've never had such good tasting, moist, melt in your mouth, banana bread. Don't omit the cinnamon-sugar on the outside.

The only thing I did differently is that I added nutmeg and substituted 1 cup of sugar with brown sugar. I didn't add nuts either. This was a really nice banana bread recipe. I cooked at 300 degree for an hour and they came out wonderfully!! Everyone loved them. Will definitely make again. :)

I'm a novice baker, and this recipe made me feel like a pro! Everyone loved this... It made so much... I made two loaves and 2 dozen muffins with the batter. The only thing I changed was adding a little nutmeg, and upped the cooking temp to 325. Amazing!!

Wow! I usually hate banana bread, but I LOVE this recipe! I follow SaraLady19's suggestions with the temp at 325 for 1 hr, 10 mins, and the Zucchini Bread IV crumble recipe. This results in the most delicious banana bread I could imagine. I've made this for my friends and neighbours, and they're always asking me for more! I'm only too happy to oblige because this recipe usually makes 2 big loaves and two mini loaves. Thanks so much for sharing!!!

FANTASTIC recipe!! While something happened to mine and it overflowed while baking, it did have that bakery quality taste! I'll definitely be making this one again!
