Banana Smoothie II

"A yummy banana smoothie that's great for breakfast. Please note: this recipe contains raw eggs. We recommend that pregnant women, young children, the elderly and the infirm do not consume raw eggs. Important: be sure to use only fresh eggs for this recipe."

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine banana, milk, egg, wheat germ, honey, vanilla and nutmeg. Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and serve.
