Yes, the best pancakes I have made yet. The texture is what was so different and wonderful about these, almost spongy, dense and moist. Great banana flavor throughout and they cooked up really nice. Two small bananas are better than large ones, keeps a better balance in the batter, the pancakes won't stay so mushy inside when cooking. I used butter instead of oil, I like to keep it real, better flavor too. Other than these two small tips, follow recipe exactly, you won't regret it!
