This recipe rocks! I only had one overly ripe banana, but it still came out great. I added a dash of vanilla essence and took it over the top! Thanks for sharing

The flavor of these were okay, but the texture just did not do it for me. They were very, very moist. On the verge of being mushy feeling, though I made sure to cook them a very long time. Perhaps the poster uses smaller bananas than I did. It would help if the measurement was in cups instead of amount of bananas, since banana size varies so much. I won't make this recipe again.

A great way to save over ripe bananas!!!! I have never made pancakes from scratch, but these were easy. I doubled the recipe because I had four ripe nananas and it made a lot, but they were good!!!!!

This is a family favorite - and something to do with your bananas gone brown! Helpful hints: Instead of using 2 bowls for wet and dry ingredients - use one bowl. Mash the bananas first, then add other wet ingredietns EXCEPT the milk. Add the dry ingredients, then mix. Add the milk at the very end. I don't like a runny mix, so I have found that I do not need as much as the recipe calls for. Just add the milk to your desired texture. We added some chocolate chips to them as well. Yummy! Thanks for a great recipe! I will never buy boxed pancakes mix again!

very good! My whole family loved these pancakes and they were a pretty quick alternative to waiting for bread to finish cooking. It was a nice breakfast.

I made these for my husband and father inlaw before a hard day of fencing. I got two thumbs up from both of them and they were full until dinner. As other reviewers suggested I added vanilla and substituted applesauce for the oil.

Really good! Used really really really ripe bananas and doubled the batch. I ran out of milk, so I used water instead. This recipe is just perfect, quick and easy.

A family favorite. Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled. My parents freeze the leftovers and toast before eating. Great way to use up over ripe bananas.
