You must try this cake if you want a light, delicious banana cake! I didn't want the traditional, dense kind and this is excellent. I adjusted the recipe for 12 servings and baked in 2-8inch pans, also used two whole bananas. Frosted with buttercream icing. I will make this cake many times because it tastes so light compared to other banana cakes. Thanks for the recipe I've been searching for!!
