Very good and even though I only had 2 bananas, the flavor still came through. I forgot to melt the butter so used what I had out and it was soft enough to blend up well with the sugar. Which reminds me, so many said they switched up to oil instead of butter. I specifically picked this recipe since it didn't call for oil. The recipe I've always used called for oil and it seemed the center was always 'wet' with oil. The outside of the bread would be dry and the inside wet - not moist! I went to make the crumb topping and had no cinnamon (WHAT?!?), so skipped it. I think the only thing missing for me were nuts! There will be a next time - with either Walnuts or Pecans! Thanks for such an easy recipe!
