Ingredients

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 4 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 1-quart baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine banana, egg, applesauce, milk and honey to form a batter. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Fold in bread crumbs. Stir in raisins. Pour into prepared dish.
  3. Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes, until set.
