This was quite delicious. The brownie bottom was quite fudgy--due to just one egg and/or the boiling water? I didn't have bananas so just used all strawberries on top and it still looked very pretty--a great Valentine's Day dessert. I also didn't have a square of semisweet chocolate so melted a handful of semisweet chocolate chips with a teaspoon of shortening and drizzled that over the top. It was a very yummy dessert. The leftovers one day later were also still very good, but it is not nearly as attractive a dessert due to the strawberries fading in color and the juice soaking into the cream cheese topping.

Fun to make! Good for decorating with the little ones. I used a dark choc brownie recipe which made it very rich and super tasty. I added some blueberries around the edge on ours and sprinkled a little cinnamon over it at the end. Yummy.

Yum, haven't had this since I was twelve and it is once again my favorite dessert! I only baked it for 20 minutes pre-topping so the crust was a little more squishy... but in a good way!!!

This was excellent BUT we made it for a dinner party and ended up so full that we couldn't finish it and it didn't keep well into the next day. I would recommend only icing and adding fruit to the amount you intend on eating that same night!

Note: This is NOT the Pampered Chef Pizza. So, this was a disappointment, I followed it all exactly as written. The edge was Crazy Hard and the middle, under where the cheese cake part is, was to gooey. I did use my Stone (as I do with all these kinds of "pizza's") and it was NOT GREAT~ I am thinking the stone was the problem.. When you cook it twice (as you are supposed to) I think the stone keeps hot for so long that it just dried out the edge of the Pizza~ (I was a P.C. rep so I have made a few ;p of these lol ) It was a sad Easter disaster~ Oh the food we make:) Greetings from Oregon~

Awesome recipe! I just followed the directions from the brownie box when cooking it and throw in walnuts. The hardest part for me was layering the fruits but it all turned out well. I also got lazy and microwave some hot fudge from smuckers and drizzle it on top of the cake. DON'T DO THAT. It looked good for a few minutes then it gets slimy. Tastes great but look wise, nah! Overall, got great compliments.
