Super easy to make. I split it between two smaller loaf pans and added chopped walnuts to one pan (since my family is split on nuts/no nuts banana bread). When I make it again, I will add just a touch of vanilla and possibly some cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.

Just rearranged my kitchen & couldn't find my recipe box with my grandma's recipe so I decided to try this. SOOO good! Moist & delicious! This is the first time I've made banana bread without a load of pecans (that's how we do it in Texas). I have to say I think I might like this even better! Nothing like putting a slice in the toaster & spreading a dollop of cream cheese on top! Looking forward to doing just that with my first cup of morning coffee tomorrow.. YUM!

Wow! I love this recipe. Make sure you mix together the dry ingredients before adding the wet ingredients so you don't over mix the batter.

I didn't like it at all. I baked it at the temperature given in the recipe, it was really dark on the outside real quick and when I took it out of the oven after 65 minutes, let it cool and then cut it it was totally gloppy on the inside. I tasted it and actually tossed it. :(
