I have made pork chops with this very simple recipe numerous times and they are always well received and usually disappear quickly (unless I have made far too many for the number of people, as I did recently. However, they froze well in the sauce, and I just reheated in microwave. I usually make this recipe with boneless chops for quick baking and use extra garlic as I like a lot of garlic. It’s a pretty foolproof recipe & I agree that the longer they are marinated, the better they are. I have given 5 stars based on my guests’ reactions.
