Finally!! I really don't like salmon at all, so I've never really made it, even though my husband loves it. I've always wanted to like it, it is so healthy for you, but I've never found a piece I liked. This recipe is perfect, I actually loved it! Took some other posters suggestions and decreased the olive oil to 3 tbsp and upped the lemon juice to 3 tbsp, I also doubled the garlic, but left all else the same and I thought it was delicious!! Baked at 400 for 40 minutes(thick filets)in a glass dish with foil over the top and even my 18 month old very picky son was devouring it. I will DEFINITELY make this again!!
