dairy sour cream
crumbled Gorgonzola or other blue cheese
(1-inch) pieces red bell pepper (about 2 peppers)
These were really good...I added some crumbled bacon & shredded cheddar to sour cream mix & used gouda cheese on top (didn't have gorgonzola on hand). There was very little prep time...most of the time they are just baking in the oven & need very little "hands-on" preparation.
Delicious! We are big Blue Cheese lovers and really enjoyed this recipe. When I mashed the potatoes, I added a small amount of Blue Cheese Dressing for extra flavor. That plus the Blue Cheese sprinkled on top gave us the flavor we were looking for.
Very good and easy. the wife loved it. will make IT again. I HAD NO GORGONZOLA CHEESE I USED CHEDDER CHEES.
