This recipe was very good and I definitely will be making this one again! I added fresh mushrooms and cracked black pepper to the sauce mixture and substituted the white wine with a splash of white wine vinegar - the flavors turned out great! Served this dish with mashed potatoes and petite green peas.

Made this last week and it was delicious! I used boneless loin chops and they were fork tender. Since I only had 3 chops I halved the dry ingredients & used 1 egg but there was still a lot of waste. Next time may do 6 chops, 2 eggs and still halve the dry ingredients. My husband can't stop talking about how good these were to people!

Made this last night and it was really good! The whole family liked it! I baked the pork chops for 30 minutes covered (they were thin chops). I think the time listed in the recipe is way to long. I made the soup/wine mix on the stove and we used it as more of a pour over gravy instead of baking it all together. I liked the idea of the chops staying a little crispier. Overall a tasty meal!!

Very good recipe! I did follow some of the advice and only baked for 30/30. Here is something to consider... this was VERY filling. I would cut the meat in half and only have one side. I made it with mashed potatoes and peas nearly 5 hours ago and I'm still completely stuffed. Sooo yummy though!

Made this for my family and it was amazing! I used a seasoning packet thou for the chops instead that came with a baking bag and just didn't use the bag. Turned out really, really well.

DELICIOUS!! Tender meat with a great crunchy outside coating and a thick, creamy sauce. Better than my mother's and hers were great, which is why I searched high and low for a comparable recipe..but this one outdoes hers by a long shot. This recipe goes in my box.

It was a good breaded recipe. I didn't try the soup on top because I was happy with just the chop. Next time I may cook it for less time in the oven; the pork was a little dry, but not too dry.

This recipe is the best pork chop recipe ever. I'm not a big pork chop fan but I've given this recipe to all my friends and they all loved it. I didn't change a thing. Thanks for an awesome recipe. I use Allrecipes all the time and never wrote a review until now.
