Baked Pepperoni Pizza Spread

Original Recipe Yield 2 cups spread

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped pepperoni
1/4 cup finely chopped green peppers
RITZ Crackers

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine cheeses in medium bowl; mix well. Gently stir in remaining ingredients.
Spread into 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top is puffed and lightly browned. Serve warm with crackers.

Variation: Prepare as directed, using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese and 2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Serve with WHEAT THINS Big Crackers.
Use Your Microwave: Mix ingredients as directed; spoon into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring after 2 minutes.
Hot Ham and Cheddar Cheese Spread: Prepare as directed, using KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, finely chopped OSCAR MAYER Ham and green onions.
