Excellent recipe. I used tilapia and omitted the butter and sprayed with cooking spray. Fussy daughter had seconds!!

Nice recipe for baked fish. You can instantly reduce the fat without drastic consequences by using butter flavored cooking spray. I do, however, recommend using full fat cheese for maximum flavor and enjoyment.

We love this recipe. So easy & very tasty. We cut out the butter & brush fish with egg whites to make a delicious low fat meal. Have tried this with halibut also - came out just as good.

FANTASTIC....I read the reviews and I added feta cheese and chopped tomatos on top of the breaded fish. Not only did it look like it was prepared at a fine restaurant, but it tasted out of this world. We had some left over (I bought 2 lbs) and took it with us to a family thing the next day and it was devoured in minutes everyone wanted the recipe.

This is a great recipe. It is very quick, easy, and it tastes wonderful! Could be used for many types of fish. (I also use this to make chicken nuggets in the oven).
