Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground dry mustard
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle cheese evenly in the bottom of the pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture on top of cheese.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until firm. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares to serve.
