Baja Grilled Chicken Wrap

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients.
  3. Spoon chicken mixture down centers of tortillas. Fold in sides of tortillas, then roll up burrito-style. Secure with toothpicks, if desired.
  4. Grill, seam-sides down, 8 to 9 minutes or until golden brown on all sides, turning occasionally. Serve with salsa and sour cream.

This recipe was awesome. The only thing different that was done, was I marinated the chicken for a few hours in a baja style marinade (another recipe found on the net). It added some nice flavor to the chopped chicken.

The family & I thought these were just okay, a little plain. I think I will try them one more time and add a little more seasoning & some green onions, however the recipe as is was a little disappointing.

These were pretty good, but missing something. I think I will make them again but next time use some cilantro and cumin in the dressing.

My family really liked these wraps. They were very quick and easy to make, and could be customized in a lot of different ways. Next time I think I would add more lime and cumin to the dressing, just to add even more kick!

Pretty good & made for a very quick lunch. I used less chicken as you can see (1.5 breast).

Awesome. A terrific summer dish - very tasty and filling, but not heavy at all. My husband LOVED it. I loved the grilling step (used my George Foreman and it worked great). I'll make again and again! Thanks :)

Quick recipe, doubled sauce, added cumin & garlic salt to seasoning, used lettuce instead of cabbage, and marinated chicken for 5 hours
