Directions

  1. Bake, cool and remove the "top" of the shells according to the package directions. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
  2. Stir the cheese, mayonnaise, green onions and bacon in a small bowl. Divide the cheese mixture among the shells. Bake for 5 minutes or until hot.

The bottoms of the puff pastry burned after cooking it for about 10 minutes so I had to cut off the bottoms. It did taste really good though and would be nice to serve as an appetizer or bring to a party.

These went so quickly at Christmas I couldn't get a photo of them! They were yummy & very easy to make. They'll be a staple at every family function from now on!

I made these for a party this weekend and they were eaten quickly, probably because they had cheese and everyone loves cheese. However, I thought these were lacking flavor. I will not make them again even though people ate them in a matter of minutes, I think mini quiche would be better.
